Silly Names – Swank, Blowpop, Atlas, Spine, Troglodyte Iron Age Names – Death, Raven, Killer, Zodiac, Black Silver Age Names – Bionic, Chimp, Moonrock, Beehive, Actionīronze Age Names – Chocolate, Disco, Atomic, Dreamer, Chopper Golden Age Names – Super, Skull, Torpedo, Partisan, Shadow Supervillain Names – Chaos, Terror, Darkness, Crusher, Wizard Superhero Names – Thunder, Golden, Rocket, Hyper, Justice I take these words and combine them with my plug-ins to get all sorts of comic book goodness. ![]() This gives me 35 different words to use as stems for the 40 random add-ons, whether they’re suffixes for villain names or troop types for minions. In this case, I took five words from the seven big lists I’ve posted so far: Heroes, Villains, Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Silly Names. Next, I’ll take random words that are suitable for comic book names. They get the roll over any guards, terrorize the locals, and get the job done until the superheroes arrive on the scene. They make excellent shock troops or intimidators. ![]() Once again, a few of these might describe heroic or law enforcement personnel, but most of them are designed as descriptions of menacing fodders. An expansion is needed, but for now, this list of 20 minion types are enough to create small armies of henchmen for your villains.
